Workplace safety and well-being

Keeping our employees safe has always been one of our highest. The coordination of onsite safety programs, resources, reporting and training is conducted by our specialized staff to ensure these programs are properly communicated and understood. Moreover, we do our best in providing ergonomic furniture, and organizing Healthy Events.

At our facilities in Germany there is fruit buffet twice a month and we contribute to the purchase of bicycles. In Lüdenscheid, we also offer free charging for e-cars and e-bikes.

Talent development

We remain committed to investing in our people to provide them with the skills they need today and in the future.
We want to ensure that our business remains competitive, which means supporting our employees with the training and tools they need to develop and enhance their professional skills and career. Within the framework of an apprenticeship, we give the opportunity to students to gain relevant work experience in parallel to the theory taught by schools and universities, and thus to tackle the job directly in the company.
